Man Injured After Jumping Out of Moving Car in Casper
Police say someone jumped out of a car's passenger side as it drove past the Bank of the West on Wyoming Boulevard shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The man did not sustain any life-threatening injuries, according to Sgt. Wilhelm of the Casper Police Department. He was taken to Wyoming Medical Center.
Wilhelm says the car the man jumped out of did not stop. Police are currently searching for that vehicle.
No description of the car was immediately available.
The man's motive for jumping out of the car is unclear.
Police continue to investigate.
Traffic was not significantly impacted. One lane remains open while three officers collect evidence, and Wilhelm says they should be wrapping up before long.
