University of Wyoming Sexual Misconduct Survey
CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — The University of Wyoming wants students to know they can anonymously share their perspectives on sexual misconduct on campus via an online survey.
The Casper Star-Tribune reports that the school announced the survey on Tuesday, saying it is part of a task force organized by President Laurie Nichols to examine sexual assault on campus.
The university says the survey is intended to assess attitudes and behaviors related to sexual violence on campus.
The survey comes after months of heightened sexual violence awareness at the university. In November, a stranger tackled and sexually assaulted a woman as she walked across a parking lot near War Memorial Stadium.
University officials said earlier this month that there were no updates related to that investigation.
