Casper police found a woman hiding in a gas station bathroom early Saturday after a Casper man allegedly held her at knifepoint.

Justin Nitcy was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Saturday morning. He made an initial appearance in Natrona County Circuit Court Monday afternoon and is charged with aggravated assault, felonious restraint, domestic battery and DUI among other charges.

Natrona County Circuit Court Judge Michael Patchen set Nitcy's bond at $25,000 cash or surety.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, a woman called police and said Nitcy threatened her friend with a fixed-blade knife.

The affidavit alleges Nitcy drove to the victim's house and called her, telling her to come outside. Nitcy asked the victim to get in his vehicle and told her that they weren't going anywhere.

However, according to the affidavit, not long after the victim got in, Nitcy drove off before parking in an alley. As Nitcy and the victim sat parked, he allegedly profanely told her she was stupid for getting in his car.

The victim told police Nitcy then started beating her and "bashed" her head into the vehicle's windshield.

Nitcy also allegedly held up a knife and told the victim that he was going to "slit" her throat, the affidavit alleges.

According to the affidavit, Nitcy calmed down and leaned his seat back as if to go to sleep. However, Nitcy told the victim that he wanted to have sex. The victim asked Nitcy to take her to a gas station so she could use the restroom beforehand.

Eventually, they drove to a gas station.

Nitcy told the victim she had two minutes before he would come back in the gas station and get her, the affidavit says. The victim was able to sneak her cell phone into the gas station with her.

When the victim made it inside, she went into the bathroom, locked the door and tried calling several people. Eventually, she was able to get in touch with a relative who called the police, according to the affidavit.

The affidavit says police when police arrived, they found Nitcy passed out with his pants around his ankles in his still-running vehicle.
