A Casper man accused of pistol-whipping a woman pleaded not guilty to two felony and three misdemeanor charges in district court Wednesday morning.

Skyler Wrey Hennek, 18, pleaded not guilty to aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and battery, domestic battery, interference with a 911 call and property destruction.

Aggravated robbery and aggravated assault and battery are both felonies punishable by up to 25 and 10 years in prison, respectively.

The incident occurred in the 100 block of North McKinley Street early Feb. 25.

She told the officer that she was at a friend's house when Hennek came inside and confronted her about giving him a sexually transmitted disease. Hennek then pulled out a pistol and struck her with his hand holding the pistol. The victim pulled out her phone but Hennek took it from her and tried to break it with his hands before putting it on a counter and smashing it with the butt of the pistol.

Hennek also slapped the victim across her face.

When Hennek spoke with detectives at the Casper Police Department, he denied knowing the victim.
