A plucky Australian who made it to Panhandle State University in Oklahoma after a high school rodeo start in Wyoming is on top of the saddle bronc riding leaderboard at the College National Finals Rodeo. Jake Finlay drew the one he wanted from Harry Vold Rodeo Co. on Wednesday night and finished in near perfect spurring style with 81 points - highest marked bronc ride of the CNFR so far. Finlay was kind enough to go and grab PSU Coach Robert Etbauer to join in our interview and why wouldn't he since his mentor has won the world in professional saddle bronc riding twice and believed in Jake from the beginning.
