Two Dead In Possible Arson Fire

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Investigators in Laramie County say they found two people dead in a trailer damaged in a suspected arson fire.

Laramie County Sheriff's Office spokesman Gerry Luce says the bodies of a woman and a juvenile female were found in the trailer after agencies responded to the fire shortly after 5 a.m. Friday.

The woman was found near the trailer door and the juvenile was found in a bedroom. Authorities aren't releasing their identities pending notification of relatives. Autopsies are being scheduled.

Luce says the initial investigation in the trailer indicates that the fire may have been deliberately set. The fire destroyed portions of the interior of the trailer were the bodies were found.

Luce says authorities are treating it as a crime scene.
