T-Birds Sweep LCCC

The Casper College basketball team continued their winning ways with convincing victories over LCCC from Cheyenne on Saturday afternoon at the Erickson Gym. The T-Bird men who are ranked 10th in the country improved to 17-1 with a 110-96 victory over the Eagles. C.C. was paced by Isaac Bonton who rang up 34 points thanks an astounding 16 field goals. Amin Adamu was 11-17 from the field and threw in 27 points. Casper for the game shot a whopping 58% from the floor. The T-Bird ladies improved to 13-4 as they knocked off LCCC 92-70. Natrona County HighSchool grad Jaye Johnson led the way with 18. Nerea Baena and Lucie Hoskova had 15 each. Both Casper College teams will play at Sheridan College on Wednesday
