T-Birds Struggle in NJC Volleyball Tournament

The Casper College volleyball team lost 3 out of 4 in the Colorado Northeastern tournament in Sterling to drop to 6-9 on the year. On Friday, the Birds lost to Midland, TX 3 games to none. The final there was 25-22, 25-23 and 25-19. Casper also dropped a 3-0 decision to NJC 25-19, 25-21 and 25-18 on Friday. But the Birds came back with a win on Saturday over Cloud County, Kansas 3-1. C.C dropped the first game 25-19 but came back to win the next 3 25-18, 25-14 and 27-25. The final game of the tournament went in favor of Otero, Colorado 25-20, 25-16 and 25-19. The T-Birds will be at Eastern Wyoming in Torrington on Wednesday and LCCC in Cheyenne on Friday
