T-Birds Split at Central Wyoming

The Casper College basketball teams split their games at Central Wyoming in Riverton on Saturday. The T-Bird women, ranked 24th in the nation cruised to an 80-61 win over the Rustlers with Casper native Emily Robertson leading the way with 23 points on 11-13 from the field. Luck Hoskova had a dozen as the Birds improved to 18-2 with a 10-1 road record. The Casper College men lost to Central Wyoming on Saturday 100-78. Both teams shot 51% from the floor but the T-Birds committed 17 turnovers. Zion Tordoff was Casper's leading scorer with 15 while Chase Winchester added 13. The Birds are 15-5 and both Casper College teams will host Northwest of Powell on Wednesday night at the Erickson Gym
