T-Bird Women Sweep Thanksgiving Road Trip

The Casper College women's basketball team went 4-0 on a holiday road trip that started in Sheridan and ended up in Otero, Colorado on Tuesday night. The team played 4 games in 5 days and traveled 1141.6 miles in the process. On Monday, the T-Birds beat Trinidad State in Colorado 90-66 as Natalia Otkhmezuri threw in 23 points with Pine Bluffs native Kammie Ragsdale adding 17. On Tuesday. the Birds defeated Otero 94-81 as Otkhmeuri had a terrific game with 38 points. Ragsdale turned in another sharp performance as she netted 13. Casper College is ranked 16th in the country and sports a record of 12-1.
