Montana officials are investigating a shooting that left one man dead at a trailhead in south-central Montana.

The Wyoming Department of Health reported Wednesday afternoon that the number of laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Natrona County is now 27, up from 25 on Sunday.

Tourism and business officials said Wednesday the cancelation of the College National Finals Rodeo in mid-June due to the COVID-19 pandemic will damage central Wyoming's tourism economy to the tune of nearly $2 million.
