Throughout the last 2 and a half seasons plus, the Cody girl's basketball team has lost just 2 games. After running the table en route to the 4A championship a year ago, the Fillies have won 17 in a row after losing their season-opening game to Campbell County. Cody dominated Casper-Kelly Walsh on Friday at home 58-29 with All-State player Molly Hays throwing in 5, 3-pointers in the game, She is leading 4A in scoring with an average of 22 points per game and threw in 24 in their road win over Rock Springs on Saturday. Kelly Walsh is 9-11 on the year and has been paced by Kennedy Davila who has been averaging 12 points a game with Lillian Hudson throwing in 10 per contest.

The Cody boys team has been trying to find some traction as the 4A regular season comes to an end this week. The Broncs have won 4 in a row after a pair of wins over the weekend. On Friday, Cody got by Kelly Walsh 48-38 thanks to a 3rd quarter surge to improve to 9-9 on the year. Chase Hatch and Jace Jarrett have been consistent performers as they both have been averaging in double figures this season. Cody concluded the weekend with a 46-44 road win over Rock Springs.

The Kelly Walsh boys are 7-13 on the year and have lost their last 4 in a row. Mason Enger has been the Trojans leading scorer this season averaging 13 points per game while Jack Nicholls has been averaging 9 a game. The KW boys and girls meet Natrona on Thursday in the Peach Basket Classic while the Cody teams will be at home to play Riverton on Friday.
