City Council Considers Liquor Licenses, Annexations and Zoning
The Casper City Council will conduct public hearings about the transfers of two liquor licenses at its bimonthly meeting in City Hall at 5:30 p.m. today.
According to its agenda, the council will hear discussion about issuing a new restaurant license for JJM CW Hospitality Inc., which will be doing business as Denny's Diner at 4220 Hospitality Lane. The address is near Interstate 25 and Wyoming Boulevard.
The council also will hear discussion about the transfer of the ownership of a retail liquor license from Crossroads Views to Z-Financial Administration Management, which will be doing business as Elevations at 1121 Wilkins Circle.
In land-related ordinances on second reading, council will review the annexation, vacation and replat of land to create the DMK Subdivision, at 5300 CY Ave., and zoning that property from Natrona County zoning commercial classification to City zoning classification C-4 or Highway Business.
Likewise, council will review the annexation of tracts of the Rocky Mountain Packing Subdivision east of Hereford Lane and south of Bryan Evansville Road. That will include changing the zoning from Natrona County zoning classifications of Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial to the City zoning classification of M-2, or General Industrial.
