Casper Police Arrest 2 in Vehicle Burglary Spree Early Wednesday
Two men were arrested Wednesday morning after they allegedly burglarized a number of parked vehicles.
David Stanley, 23, was arrested on three felony burglary charges and one count of conspiracy. Anthony Holliday, 18, was arrested on one felony burglary charge and one count of conspiracy.
Investigators would like to speak with a third man -- Patrick Garnhart -- in connection to the crimes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Casper Police Department.
Officers responded to the area of South Jackson Street shortly before 2 a.m. Wednesday after several male suspects were reportedly seen checking door handles of parked vehicles.
A search of the area led officers to Stanley and Holliday, who were both interviewed and arrested.
Police officers found and seized dozens of items which the pair allegedly took out of vehicles, according to department spokeswoman Rebekah Ladd.
Any person whose vehicle was in the area of South McKinley Street, South Jackson Street and South Jefferson Street on Tuesday and believes their vehicle was burglarized is asked to contact the Casper Police Department at 235-8278.
