C.C’s Nolan Bertain Signs with Alabama-Birmingham

Casper College basketball player Nolan Bertain will be moving on to UAB and will have 3 years eligibility remaining. The 6-4 guard from Portland, Oregon ended up being a 3 point shooting specialist hitting 45% of his shots from beyond the arc. He connected on 81 3's in 22 games for the T-Birds on his way to averaging 14 points per game Bertain also received significant interest from Western Kentucky but preferred UAB; a program that went 20-13 last season in Conference USA. Bertain is the 3rd T-Bird player to sign a Division I letter of intent this month. Antun Maricevic will be going to South Florida and Jackson Stent will be headed to Houston Baptist.
