Casper Police are saying that scammers have moved beyond phone calls and are now entering the high tech realm of cryptocurrency and other technology-based scam opportunities.
The Mills Police Department is currently seeking the public's assistance in identifying a male that appeared in surveillance footage from a gas station.
Casper Mayor Bruce Knell stated that he "gets" that people drink and drive, but there's no reason to nowadays. He also said there's no reason businesses should be selling liquor to minors.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol, the Natrona County Sheriff's Office, and the Casper Police Department have all shared the same social media post message, warning fans to be safe, to plan ahead, and to drink water (if you're the designated driver).
"Firefighters were advised by responding Officers of the presence of suspicious packages containing an unknown product found in a residential structure," the release stated.
Casper College announced that the parents of Casper Police Lieutenant Danny Dundas, David and Karla Dundas, have established a scholarship for Casper College in honor of their late son.
