Strong Winds, Snow Expected in Southeast Wyoming Over Next Week
Strong winds and snow will be the main story across southeast Wyoming over the next week, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.
High Wind Warnings are in effect for most of southeast Wyoming until 5 p.m. Friday, with gusts up to 80 mph expected in some areas.

"(The) next cold front moves through the area Sunday, with some snow and strong winds mainly west of Interstate 25," the NWS said. "There will likely be wind headlines Sunday for the wind-prone areas."
The NWS says another front will move through Monday, with some chances for snow.
"Behind the front, look for increasing chances for widespread strong winds Tuesday into Wednesday," the NWS said.
30/6PM: Greetings! An active weather pattern continues across southeast Wyoming and Nebraska Panhandle over the next week. Strong winds will be the main story, with strong winds Thursday and Friday. Much of southeast WYoming is now in a High Wind Warning for Thursday/Friday, that will likely need to be expanded.
