UPDATE:

Police are looking for two men and a woman wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a Cheyenne gas station early Friday morning.

Officer Kevin Malatesta says it appears the three were involved in a fatal carjacking around 2 a.m. in Denver and drove the victim's black 2015 Cadillac STS four-door sedan (Colorado license plates 208-QON) to Cheyenne where they robbed the Loaf 'N Jug at 1922 E. Lincolnway around 4 a.m.

"​During the course of that robbery one of the males fired two rounds inside of the convenience store," said Malatesta. "Fortunately, nobody was injured."

"The three fled in the Cadillac sedan after stealing money and general merchandise from the store," he added.

Around 10 a.m., a Wells Fargo was robbed in Summit County, Utah by three individuals who fled in a black Cadillac.

"We can confirm the two males who were involved in the armed robbery here in Cheyenne were involved in that bank robbery as well," said Malatesta.

Police have released photos of the trio and are asking anyone who sees them to contact local law enforcement.

Police are looking for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a Cheyenne gas station early Friday morning.

Officer Kevin Malatesta says officers were called to the Loaf 'N Jug at 1922 E. Lincolnway around 4 a.m.

"They (the suspect) fired a weapon in the building," said Malastesta.  "Nobody was injured."

Malatesta says detectives are on scene and they hope to release more details this afternoon.
