Natrona County School District Apologizes Following Milk Shortage
The Natrona County School District has issued an apology to parents and guardians after some students did not receive milk during lunch on Tuesday.
"We are working with the supplier to ensure this situation doesn't occur in the future," the district said in an email.
The district says that due to a shortage on Tuesday, milk was served on a first-come, first-served basis until it was gone. That meant some students did not receive milk.
A district spokeswoman did not immediately return a request for further comment. This story will be updated to reflect any further comment the district may choose to add.
Parents and guardians with questions were asked to contact Natrona County School District Food Services at 235-5205.
