Sheriff's offices in Converse County and Natrona County received additional reports of horse hair theft over the Labor Day weekend.

The Converse County Sheriff’s Office received a report of stolen horse hair near Glenrock.

Converse County sheriff Clint Becker says the incident took place Saturday. Roughly 10 incidents of stolen tail hair have been reported within Converse County over the past few weeks.

Becker says multiple incidents have gone unreported, however.

Lt. Mark Sellers with the Natrona County Sheriff's Office says a tail hair removal was reported off of Seven Mile Road over the weekend as well. It is the fourth tail hair removal incident reported in Natrona County.

On Friday, the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office received two additional reports of tail hair theft both north and south of Casper.

Both counties are still looking for suspects.

Those who have more information can contact either the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office at (307) 235-9282 or the Converse County Sheriff’s Office at (307) 358-4700.
