Justin Eberhardt Pleads Not Guilty To Aggravated Robbery Charge
A Casper man charged in an attempted robbery has entered a plea in his case.
Justin Eberhardt pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.
Casper police say in January, a woman arrived at a coworkers house with a bank bag from her place of employment.
Investigators say a man wearing a mask approached her and demanded the money at gunpoint.
Neighbors chased the robber away, and he fled in a vehicle that was later found by police.
A search warrant was executed on the vehicle and a nearby house, where officers found the mask and the gun and linked Eberhardt to the items.
He remains jailed on twenty-five thousand dollars bond, awaiting trial.
