I hope you can understand if I DO NOT post who is trying to sell this house, or where exactly it is. I'll just say it is in Wyoming. Somewhere. Not saying where.

The asking price is $124,900.

If you think the outside looks bad, you should see the inside. I'm not going to show it because it is REALLY BAD. So are the rest of the houses around it.

Forget the $124,900. I bet you can talk the owner down to $900.

The lot would be worth more if the house were not on it. But don't worry about bulldozing it, I'm sure the next windstorm will knock it down.

Free bugs, including termites.

You'll love the smell of the place. It will hit you just by looking at the picture. Then visit the property, and it gets worse. I'm afraid to think about what the inside smells like.

You can see by the pictures that this house has several fun additions where, over the years, the owner just grabbed some plywood and built out the house as needed. I'm sure that is all up to code and will stand up to the elements just fine.

Water buckets are included in the sale to catch what runs through the many leaks in the roof. That means that the walls and carpet will smell of mold. I'm not sure if I'd trust the wiring, so don't turn any lights on, especially when it rains.

But with the cost of homes as high as they are right now, I'd say go for it. Just think of it as a ' fixer upper.' Or a sad tear-it-down-er. Your call.

Act now, this offer won't last long. By that I mean it's going to fall down soon.

Jay Em, Wyoming, Frozen In Time

Jay Em, what an unusual name for a town. The few people who live there are proud of what their spot on earth once was, and they work to preserve it. They keep this little community frozen in time.
