VIDEO Show’s The Best Way To Use A Convertible In Wyoming
I'll tell you, I've seen some really resourceful people in Wyoming.
I've seen people using a wrestling ring and skeletons for their Halloween decorations, saw a regular window air conditioning unit in the side of a camper shell of a truck and the use of zip ties & duct tape to fix small issues.
Growing up, both of my grandpas were well versed in redneck ingenuity. One grandpa built his own camper and the other used an oil filter wrench to create a jar opener for my grandma.
They were both known to use some pretty interesting engineering, but not sure either of them would've thought to cut the top off their car and use it to haul livestock.
Listen, I get it...use what you have and save the money you'd spend on equipment you don't need. Those are definitely good words of advice, you may need to think long and hard about what equipment is essential.
What if you're raising bison, lets think of things you need to have.
- room for the bison to roam
- food for the bison to eat
- water for the bison to drink
- a vet for when/ if the bison gets sick
- money to properly care for the bison
- it's probably a great idea to have a truck and a trailer to haul your bison.
If the last one on that list is the one keeping you from getting in the bison game, we have a solution.
A video re-surfaced on Instagram of a cowboy taking his bison for a ride in his custom convertible.
I think we all know that guy or gal that would do this, and I thought for sure it was from Wyoming. Seems it originated in Canada, but I feel something like this could, would or has happened here in the Cowboy State.
Whether it happened in Wyoming or elsewhere, it's still funny.
Here's the original video from WMAR-2 News a few years ago, that I found on YouTube.
