As if we haven't had enough already.

A high wind watch takes effect in central Wyoming from Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon, according to the Riverton office of the National Weather Service.

Winds will increase from the southwest with possible gusts of 55 mph to 65 mph. The winds of 30 mph to 40 mph will continue through Tuesday afternoon before decreasing.

Motorists should anticipate dangerous cross winds and occasional blowing and drifting snow in exposed areas. The blowing and drifting snow will reduce visibility to less than one-quarter mile at times in those areas.

This will mostly affect Wyoming Boulevard (Outer Drive).

A high wind watch means there is the potential for continuous sustained winds of at least 40 mph. Gusts of 58 mph or stronger may occur.

Weather conditions can be monitored at the National Weather Service website.
