UPDATE 4:30 p.m. - The Wyoming Highway Patrol has identified the victim in Thursday's crash as 22-year-old Tianna Johnson of Casper. Her 11-month old daughter, Tyler, remains hospitalized in Denver. An update on her condition was not available.

One person is dead after a one-car rollover southwest of Casper.

According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, sometime after 7am on Thursday April 25th, 22-year-old Tianna Johnson of Casper was westbound on State Highway 220, just past Goose Egg Road, when she failed to negotiate a curve and went off the road.

Trooper Clint Haver said the car flipped several times before coming to rest in a ravine.

"During the flip, the female driver was ejected and pronounced dead on scene. There was a one-year old infant in the rear, that was strapped in properly, and is now in critical condition being transported down to Denver."

Trooper Haver says it appears that Johnson was not wearing her seat-belt at the time of the crash.

Witnesses told investigators that Johnson may have been driving at an excessive speed.
