A Natrona County man and member of a motorcycle gang is accused of possessing numerous types of drugs.

Forty six year old Clintton Arteta is facing seven drug related charges involving methamphetamine, cocaine, heroine and ecstasy.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say on Friday, October 7th, officers tried to initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle that Arteta was driving, however Arteta was able to elude officers at a high rate of speed.

The next day, police found the vehicle at a residence in Mills, and when they took Arteta into custody, they found a weigh scale and ecstasy pills in the room he was in.

Upon executing a search warrant, investigators found other various drugs inside the vehicle, and discovered he was a member of the Sons Of Silence motorcycle gang.

Also found in the vehicle was ammunition, several hundred dollars in US currency, and a day planner detailing the obtaining of drug sources and other notes associated with the trafficking of narcotics.

Natrona County prosecutors say Arteta has a prior felony conviction for aggravated robbery.

He is awaiting trial on $75,000 bond.

Conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine - 20 years in prison maximum

Possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine greater than three grams - 7 years in prison maximum

Possession of a controlled substance cocaine greater than three grams - 5 years in prison  maximum

Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a controlled substance methamphetamine - 20 years in prison maximum

Poessession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a controlled substance cocaine - 10 years in prison maximum

Possession of a controlled substance heroine - 1 year in jail maximum

Possession of a controlled substance ecstasy - 1 year in jail maximum
