A Casper man accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend was in court on Friday, February 17th.

Thirty-year old Christopher Hall pleaded not-guilty to charges of assault and battery, strangulation and interference, after prosecutors say he got into a fight with his girlfriend.

In November 2011, Hall's girlfriend told Casper Police she had been assaulted by Hall.

At that time, investigators noticed bruises and a black eye on the woman.

She told police the incidents happened several times after the two ended their relationship.

She described how she was beaten and strangled, and that Hall broke her cell phone so that she could not call 911.

Her four-year old son also told officers what had happened.

Hall is being held at the Natrona County Detention Center on $20,000 bond awaiting trial.
