Elijiah Dobbins has been charged with six felonies and four misdemeanors. He is being held on a $100,000 cash or surety bond.

If convicted, strangulation of a household member is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.

Assistant District Attorney Mackenzie Morrison told Judge Christiansen that Dobbins also has several felony allegations -- all extremely serious -- with several different alleged victims.

The Assistant D.A. noted that Limas has several prior felony charges and is awaiting a probation revokation hearing for strangulation.

The plea agreement would avoid the victim undergoing another trial that would further traumatize her.

Patrick Schutz had been out on bond after he was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm in U.S. District Court.

The felony stalking count came about when Richardson would smuggle letters to his ex-girlfriend and others.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation with help from the Bureau of Indian Affairs investigated the case.

Nelson requested, and Christensen agreed, to set Brundage's bond at $100,000 cash only.
