Casper's Mayor on Food Trucks, School Safety, and Substance Abuse

The Food Truck discussion with Casper's City Council is still evolving, said Mayor Ray Pacheco. Amendments were added during the first reading of the a proposed ordinance, and it's up for second reading on April 17th. The mayor stopped by the K2 Radio studios to discuss the issue, along with a school safety resolution, substance abuse problems in the community, and more.
