BLM to Hold Wyoming Oil and Gas Lease Sale in September
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Bureau of Land Management is offering 140 parcels totaling about 118,000 acres in Wyoming for its next oil and gas lease sale.
The sale includes parcels located in Big Horn, Campbell, Converse, Crook, Fremont, Goshen, Johnson, Niobrara, Sheridan, Washakie and Weston counties.
The sale is scheduled for Sept. 21 and will be conducted online.
The proposed list of parcels is subject to a public protest period. The protest period ends on June 22.
