The Natrona County Sheriff's Office recently posted on social media photos from the Special Olympics Wyoming Summer Sports Classic, in which officers were on hand to present medals to the athletes.
According to a press release from Special Olympics Wyoming, this year’s Jackalope Jump is happening on February 12 at Edness Kimball Wilkins Park. Registration begins at 10:00 A.M. and the jump happens at 11:00 A.M.
It was a Winter Wonderland. On Saturday night, hundreds of people gathered at the Clarion Inn for the 33rd Annual Festival of Trees, benefitting Special Olympics Wyoming.
Wyoming will be represented by two incredible athletes during the Special Olympics World Winter Games, which will be held in Kazan Russia on January 22-25.
