Governor Gordon has added Wyoming to a lawsuit filed by multiple states against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps).
They argue "the Biden Administration’s overburdensome bureaucratic agenda could not come at a worse time for American families struggling with high inflation and rising gas prices."
Governor Mark Gordon announced on Thursday that Wyoming has joined 24 other states in a lawsuit over a rule from the Department of Labor that would impact the retirement accounts of countless Wyoming residents.
Following the resignation of Ed Buchanan as Wyoming's Secretary of State, it was unclear who would serve as the interim Secretary, until the newly-elected Secretary of State is sworn in next January.
Pence was one of three speakers at the event, dubbed the 'Rockies Petroleum Conference,' and he was introduced to the stage by Wyoming Senator Cynthia Lummis.
