A Casper man is accused of hitting his sister with a gun, stemming from an argument.

Twenty eight year old Shuaib Casiano has been charged with one count of aggravated assault, one count of reckless endangering, one count of battery and one count of domestic battery.

Casper Police say during the early morning hours on Sunday, February 22nd, Casiano, along with his ex-girlfriend and his sister, had out drinking, when an argument started between them.

The argument continued while driving home and Casiano pulled out a gun and struck the victim in the head, then choked her and threatened to kill her.

Casiano later admitted to what he did saying he took it (the argument) out the wrong way.

He is being held on $20,000 bond awaiting trial, and could face up to 10 years in prison, on the aggravated assault charge if convicted.
