Man Charged With 12 Felonies in Natrona County Meth Conspiracy
Natrona County prosecutors are charging a man with 12 felonies and a misdemeanor for allegedly selling methamphetamine.
Andrew Apodaca was arrested Wednesday afternoon on the charges. He appeared in Natrona County Circuit Court Thursday afternoon.
Charging documents were not immediately available.
Circuit Court Judge Michael Patchen read the charges which include two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of delivery of methamphetamine or pills, three counts of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, two counts of possession of a felony amount of a controlled substance, and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Patchen set Apodaca's bond at $100,000 cash only.
Assistant Natrona County District Attorney Trevor Schenk said law enforcement found 120 grams of methamphetamine when executing a search warrant related to the case. That's 4.2 ounces.
A Natrona County Jail roster lists the investigating agency as the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
