Man Arrested on Charge of Possession of Child Pornography

On Wednesday, agents from the FBI, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the Casper Police Department executed a search warrant at a trailer home in Evansville.

The warrant was authorized for evidence of violations related to the receipt, distribution and/or possession of child pornography.

According to the affidavit, a search warrant was obtained after agents observed an IP address from the home sharing files depicting sexual exploitation of children on a public network.

During the search, officers and agents found numerous files and CDs containing images and videos of child pornography. They were informed that the computer belonged to Donald A. Meeks.

Officers interviewed Meeks, who admitted to downloading both adult and child pornography and said that some of the images were of very young children.

He was arrested on a charge of sexual exploitation of children- possession of child pornography.
