Lander Police Search for Suspect in Jewelry Store Burglary
Lander police are asking for the public's help in finding the man who recently burglarized a jewelry store, taking off with roughly $115,000 worth of rings.
The burglary of Rhoads' Jewelry took place shortly after 7 a.m. Saturday. According to the Lander Police Department, about 93 gold rings were stolen, with most of those rings containing diamonds.
The suspect is a male, standing roughly 5'9" tall with a medium build.
He was wearing a black knit hat or beanie, a black long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and dark shoes. The suspect carried a black duffel bag and wore black-framed glasses.
Before and after the burglary, the suspect walked along South Fourth Street and the 400 block of Main Street.
