KW’s Maddie Nipper Signs to Play D3 Hockey

Kelly Walsh's Maddie Nipper signed an NLI on Tuesday to play hockey for New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. NIpper is one of two girls that play on the boys U18 Casper Oilers team which certainly can be a challenge and also plays on an all girls team in Gillette. Nipper has been more than productive on that Campbell County team with 28 goals in the 2017 season. Women's hockey has grown exponentially at the college level thanks to more exposure at the Olympic level. New England College is a Division III school that is currently 3-21 on the season.
