The Kelly Walsh wrestling team flexed their muscles in a convincing 52-18 win over cross town rival Natrona in the annual Miller Cup. The Trojans won every match in the dual with the exception of 3. Natrona posted wins at 138 pounds with Nathaniel Sausedo, Yahav Shraiber at 195 and Trevon Smith at 285 with a pin just :27 seconds into the match. KW started out with 4 pins in the first 5 matches of the dual with those pins coming from Analu Benebise at 145 pounds, Josh Kraus at 152, Kole Kraus at 170 and Luke Nathan at 182. Defending 4A state champion at 120 pounds, Jace Palmer of Kelly Walsh earned a hard fought 9-4 win over Cyrus Meeks at 132 pounds. The 4A regional wrestling tournaments will be next Friday and Saturday with the State Wrestling Tournament set for February 22-23 at the Casper Events Center
