CODY, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has trapped and relocated an adult female grizzly bear and her female yearling cub.

The action was taken last Thursday because the bear was damaging apple trees and frequenting a residence near Clark.

The bears were relocated to the Bridger-Teton National Forest south of Yellowstone National Park.

A second female grizzly was captured in the same area of Clark a couple of days before and relocated.
