Former Casper Mayor Kathleen Dixon Dies

Former Casper Mayor Kathleen Dixon died Tuesday morning after an illness, a council member said at the beginning of the council's meeting.

Council member Mike Huber acknowledging Dixon's service to the community as a mayor, council member, nurse, Natrona County commissioner and attorney among other roles.

She also was the attorney the Natrona County School District.
