Controlled Burn Planned on Casper Mountain Saturday
The Casper Mountain Fire Department on Wednesday announced a planned controlled burn at Tower Hill.
Firefighters will burn a slash pile at 9 a.m. Saturday, according to a social media post from the fire department.
The prescribed burn happens annually.
A smoke plume will be visible from Casper. Residents are reminded not to call 911.
