Casper police had to respond to a disturbance at the Hall of Justice on Wednesday (September 21st).

According to Casper Police, at about 2:45 pm on Wednesday, officers were called to handle an incident between a man and a court bailiff.

Chad Condelario was on the 5th floor of the Hall of Justice, talking with court staff about a fine, when the staff informed him that there was a warrant for his arrest.

Bailiff Chris Wenberg then informed Condelario that he needed to accompany him to the Casper Police Department to address the warrant.

Condelario immediately shoved the bailiff several times and tried to flee the area.

When he reached the stair-well, he missed the first step and fell down face first, with Wenberg on top of him.

Condelario was arrested by police and charged with assault and battery, interference and causing a disturbance in a government facility.

Upon further review of his criminal history, police learned he had multiple convictions of failure to comply, failure to appear, assault and battery and interference and resisting arrest in Wyoming and Nebraska.
