The Casper Bobcats junior hockey team posted 3 wins over the Cheyenne Stampede at the Ice Arena to improve to 12-21 in Western States League play. On Friday, The Cats prevailed 5-0 in a very chippy game that featured 5 ejections and 130 penalty minutes. Casper received goals from Joel Rothman, Alex Roth, Steven Olik, Riley Dune and Daniel Silar. Saturday nights game was very competitive as the Bobcats scored a goal in each period to beat Cheyenne 3-2. Silar had 2 goals in the game and Rothman also found the back of the net. Sundays game was equally compelling with the Cats beating Cheyenne again 3-2. Ryan Radke, Alex Roth and Steven Olik were the goal scorers for Casper as the Stampede fell to 3-31 on the season. The Cats hit the road Friday and Saturday for Steamboat, Colorado.
