Wyoming Federal Judges Sentence 11 for Meth, Other Crimes
Federal judges in Wyoming recently sentenced 11 people for drug, firearm, illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien, and sex crimes, according to the Wyoming U.S. Attorney's Office.

Chief U.S. District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl sentenced Adrian Severo Reyna, 44, and Andrea Aldaco, 30, both of Wasco, Calif., for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Both were arrested in Laramie.
Aldaco received seven years imprisonment to be followed by five years of supervised release. Reyna received 10 years 10 months of imprisonment to be followed by five years of supervised release.
Judge Nancy Freudenthal sentenced Jonathan William Davis, 31, of Toledo, Ohio, for interstate travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a person under 18. Davis was arrested in Cheyenne. He received five years of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
Freudenthal also sentenced Nathan Andrew Seltzer, 32, of Grand Junction, Colo., for being a felon and unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Seltzer was arrested in Cheyenne. He received three years of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release.
Judge Alan Johnson sentenced Janelle Kay Iddings, 44, of Cheyenne for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. She received six years 10 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release.
In the same case, Johnson sentenced Lamont Dubois Sturgis, 39, of Cheyenne for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. He received 10 years 10 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
Johnson sentenced David Scott Murray, 54, of Granbury, Texas, for carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Murray was arrested in Laramie. He received five years of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release.
Johnson sentenced Sergio Gomez-Arteaga, 31, of Mexico on October 31, 2019 for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Gomez-Arteaga was arrested in Evanston. He received four years nine months of imprisonment.
Johnson sentenced Robert Eugene Logan, 63, of Cheyenne for possession of child pornography. He received 10 years of imprisonment to be followed by seven years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay $3,000 to the Child Pornography Victim Assistance Act..
Johnson also sentenced two Mexican nationals for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States.
Oscar Macias-Ugarte, 40, was arrested in Casper. He received time served plus 10 days to allow for deportation proceedings. He was previously deported to Mexico in 2014.
Diego Armando Santos-Diaz was arrested in Jackson. He received six months of
imprisonment and is subject to deportation upon his release. Santos-Diaz was previously deported in 2017.
