Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Gary Trauner highlighted two main issues he’s hearing on the campaign trail during this 2018 election year.

Trauner spoke to host David Settle during the “Laramie Live on KOWB” radio morning show, which airs weekdays from 7-10 a.m. on AM 1290.

Trauner spoke at length about health care and trying to fix major problems such as cost, those without it, opening up the books and more. He also talked about another main theme he’s heard from Wyoming residents is being “fed up” with what’s going on in Washington, D.C.

Other topics that were discussed in the interview include the economy in the state and how the delegation in D.C. impacts what happens here; the debt facing the U.S.; and Trauner also reiterated how he believes he needs to focus on his message and not worrying about who he’ll face in November.
