Representative, Tom Reeder, of Casper was officially sworn in Friday by Wyoming Supreme Court Justice, William Hill, during a special ceremony in the house chambers. Reeder was appointed by the Natrona County Commissioners on September 27th to fill the vacant seat in house district 58 after Lisa Shepperson resigned. Reeder says he's ready to get started, but at this point he's got no specific issues he wants to address.

"I really have no priorities, no agenda. I want to try to represent the people of house district 58 to the best of my ability. I'm here to learn the procedures."

Reeder says he has a lot to learn going into the budget session next year. Reeder  will serve on the House Labor, Health and Social Services Committee as well as the House Travel, Recreation and Wildlife Committee.
