On Thursday, June 2, various downtown businesses opened their doors up to the public for a night of art, music, food, drink and, most importantly, community.
Dynamic Sound and Lighting, the company that provided all of the sound and stage equipment for Rock the Block, took the venture over from Huff in order to ensure that it remains a vital part of the downtown scene.
Luckily, Rock the Block, Casper's Downtown party that takes place every Thursday in the summer, is not a property of Yellowstone Garage; it's the creation of Dynamic Sound and Lighting, a local events promoter with an incredible sound system.
David Street Station announced on Wednesday that it will begin implementing enhanced security measures, and will also begin to limit entrances into the station on Thursdays which has, in many cases, been the busiest and most chaotic day of the week.
This Thursday evening, May 28, the "Rock the Block" entertainment series will be starting up at the Old Yellowstone Garage. The music starts around 5:30, and will go until 8:30 or 9. Rain or shine, if the weather's bad it just moves inside...
