Sheridan Woman Charged With DUI, Fatally Running Over Husband

A man died in Sheridan Sunday after his wife allegedly ran over him with a truck.

Sheridan police arrested Angela McIver Livingston, 40, on recommended charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated homicide by vehicle.

According to a press release, the man was struck after he exited the truck without his wife's knowledge. She had stopped the truck in the middle of the road during an argument with a man and woman riding a motorcycle.

"This tragedy unfolded due to a multitude of unfortunate events, with alcohol being a contributing factor," Sheridan Police Chief Richard Adriaens said in the release.
