A Casper man is facing charges after police and witnesses say he drove into several objects in one neighborhood.

Twenty-three year old Shaun Donnelly, has pleaded not guilty to seven misdemeanor charges, including DUI, reckless driving and interference.

According to Casper police, early Tuesday morning, January 17th,  a witness saw Donnelly drive his GMC truck into a boulder in the area of Eighth and Country Club Drives.

Officers later followed the trail and found that the vehicle had also hit at least two street signs and a tree shrub.

Eventually they caught up to Donnelly, who failed several sobriety tests.

Police obtained a search warrant for Donnelly's blood, but he refused to cooperate.

Donnelly is free on a one-thousand dollars personal recognizance bond, and is awaiting trial.

If convicted he could face up to one year in jail and a one-thousand dollar fine.
