A Wheatland man is accused of sex crimes and hosting parties with minors, while he was in Casper.

Twenty-two year old Seth Ockinga has pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of second degree sexual abuse of a minor, and three misdemeanor counts of permitting house parties with minors present.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say according to witnesses and victims, between December and March, Ockinga hosted a number of parties, and was providing alcohol to minors at the parties.

At least one victim admitted to having sexual relations with Ockinga and agreed with police, to do a recorded phone conversation with him.

During the conversation, Ockinga asked if the victim got rid of various sexual photos...and that if anyone talked about Ockinga and the victim having sex, he was going to deny it.

Ockinga is free on $20,000 bond awaiting trial, and could face up to 20 years in prison on each of the second degree sexual abuse of a minor charges, if convicted.
